As the Wunderite team hits the ground running in 2026, it’s been a good time to reflect on what we achieved in 2025. By introducing one-click ACORDs, improving risk data mapping and enhancing collaborator tools, we’ve enabled your data to become a dynamic tool that flows where you need it, when you need it. Here’s a closer look at what we built in 2025 to help agencies work faster, with greater accuracy and less manual effort.
🚀 2025 New Feature Highlights
- One-click ACORDs (with overflow): Autofill all ACORDs with schedules with a single click (45, 125, 126, 127, 128, 140, 146, and 152). Wunderite automatically appends applicable overflow forms.
- Risk Data Schedule Spreadsheet Editor: A new spreadsheet interface to import and manage schedules. Advanced table functionality includes copy and paste, undo and redo, and keyboard navigation.
- Import Schedule Spreadsheets: Wunderite auto maps common fields and recognizes AMS360, Applied Epic, and HawkSoft Schedule formats.
- Added dozens of new fields across Drivers, Equipment, and Subjects of Insurance, improving compatibility with your AMS imports and ACORD forms. Vehicles and Workers’ Compensation were also released in 2026.
- 12,000+ forms in our library
- Enhanced Cross Form Mapping for Over 30 Lines of Business: Autofill data between forms, without entering the same information twice.
- Collaborator Task List: A simpler and more powerful way to assign + share forms, questions, and signatures with fewer steps. Includes preview, notify later, and reminders.
- Simplified Invites & Permissions, Request Signature from Contact: We redesigned invite flows, simplified permissions, and added the ability to request a signature from a contact without re-keying.
- Live Forms Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues and insureds in live. Follow their view as they scroll, and avoid edit conflicts. All changes sync in real time, including on mobile devices.
- Submissions: Organize forms and signatures, set a due date and target effective date. Download all of your submission files as a single ZIP to easily share with underwriters. Coming soon: add risk data schedules to submissions.
- Open API: Take control of your agency data with our Open API that makes it easy to get your data in and out of Wunderite. More endpoints are on the way, with Risk Profile API up next.
- Enforce Two Factor Authentication (2FA) & 2FA Report: Admins can turn on a setting to require all agent users to enable 2FA before logging in, as instructed in an automatic setup email.
- Merge Multiple Files into A Single Signature PDF: Adds an option to merge multiple forms and uploaded files into a single signature PDF. Useful for including additional documents that do not require separate signatures, such as disclosures.
- Updated Workers’ Comp Class Codes for 47 States + D.C. (all non-monopolistic states)
- Redesigned Class Code Search Tools updated design, performance, and usability.
