We initially built Wunderite Risk Data with a clear focus: create a structured, progressive workflow for producers to build detailed risk profiles. That structure worked well for a while.
However, much of the data that powers risk profiles already lives in spreadsheets. Producers, agents, and insureds were spending time manually re-entering data, reconciling formats, and navigating rigid forms that didn’t reflect the way they actually worked.
Flexibility with Wunderite
Agents consistently voiced a common theme: flexibility. Whether managing a single building or hundreds, users wanted a risk data experience that could scale with them. And not just producers: everyone across the insurance lifecycle including agents, insureds, carriers already use spreadsheets to collaborate and share data.
What if Wunderite felt more like the tools agents are already comfortable with? What if we made the experience more fluid, more familiar, and more collaborative?
Work with the tools you already use
We took inspiration from familiar tools like Google Sheets and Airtable and brought that spreadsheet-style flexibility into Wunderite. Our new interface makes it easier than ever to:
- Edit data inline, without clunky form views
- Copy, paste, undo, redo, and modify records in bulk
- Fix import errors on the fly—no need to re-upload a file
- Navigate and manage risk data from the comfort of your keyboard
- Share and collaborate on schedules without endless email attachments
We didn’t just build a spreadsheet. We built a risk data system designed for the realities of insurance.
Whether risk data is created, edited, or deleted, every change is logged to the individual field level. We track who made the change, when it happened, and even the user’s IP address. This field-level audit trail gives agencies the transparency and documentation they need to manage E&O exposure with confidence.
The result? A modern, web-based spreadsheet that combines the ease of everyday tools with the structure, security, and accountability insurance professionals rely on.
- Get Data In
- Use Data Effectively (fill out apps, collaborating with your insureds)
- Deliver YOUR data to its destination
What’s next?
The new interface launched for Commercial Buildings on May 7, 2025. Next, we’ll be rolling it out to every Commercial and Personal Risk data page throughout Summer 2025. This is just the beginning.
Our goal is to make it easier to get the right data, from the right people, without friction. No more version control issues or email chains with spreadsheet attachments. Just simple and clear collaboration built into the way you already work.
Thanks for helping us shape what’s next.
