One Click, Less Data Entry: AMS360 Schedule Imports

If your agency uses AMS360, getting existing policy data into your renewal workflow just got a whole lot easier.
Wunderite can now import vehicle, driver, and garage location schedules directly from AMS360 policies into Wunderite Risk Data—with a single click.
That means less rekeying, fewer spreadsheets, and a faster way to get existing policy information in front of your customers for review.
Here’s what the new integration feature means for your team:

1. Bring Existing Schedules into Wunderite with One Click

Renewals often start with information your agency already has. The problem is getting that information out of one system and into the workflow where your team and customer can actually review and update it.
With the new AMS360 schedule import, agencies with an active AMS360 integration can select an existing policy and bring supported schedule data directly into the corresponding Wunderite Risk Data section. Currently, that includes:

  • Vehicles
  • Drivers
  • Garage locations (premises)

Instead of manually rebuilding those schedules, your team can start with the latest available data already stored in AMS360.

2. Turn Existing Policy Data Into a Collaborative Renewal

Importing the data is only the beginning.
Once a schedule is in Wunderite, it becomes part of the collaborative renewal workflow. Your team can review the information and then send it directly to the customer to confirm what’s still accurate and make necessary updates.
New vehicle? New driver? Location change?
Rather than sending a spreadsheet attachment and wondering which version is current, customers can review their risk information directly within Wunderite.
That means your team starts the renewal with what you already know instead of asking the insured to start from scratch.

3. Cut Down on Manual Data Entry

Rekeying information your agency already has isn’t just tedious. It takes time away from work that actually requires your team’s expertise.
The AMS360 schedule importer is designed specifically to reduce that manual data entry by bringing schedule information from AMS360 directly into Wunderite.
For agencies managing large commercial accounts, that can make an especially meaningful difference. The importer has been tested with vehicle and driver schedules containing more than 3,000 records, giving teams a way to bring even substantial schedules into the workflow without rebuilding them manually.

4. Make Renewals Easier for Your Customers, Too

Efficiency shouldn’t stop with the agency.
Your insured already gave you much of this information during the previous policy period. Asking them to provide everything again creates unnecessary work for everyone.
Starting with existing AMS360 data lets the conversation become:“Here’s what we currently have. Tell us what changed.”That’s a much better customer experience than:“Please fill all of this out again.”
Your team spends less time collecting information you already have, while your customers can focus on reviewing and updating what actually changed.

5. And This Is Just the Beginning

Vehicles, drivers, and garage locations are the first supported schedule types, but Wunderite is continuing to expand the integration.

Additional schedule types, including buildings, property premises, and legal entities, are planned for future releases.
It’s another step toward a more connected workflow between the systems agencies already rely on and the collaborative experience they want to provide to their customers.

The Bottom Line

Your agency already has valuable policy data in AMS360. You shouldn’t have to manually recreate it somewhere else just to start a renewal.
With AMS360 Schedule Imports, Wunderite helps turn the information you already have into the starting point for a faster, more collaborative process.

One click. Less rekeying. A better way to start the renewal.
