2. Follow a Collaborators View – Optional
Want to keep track of what your client or producer is doing in real time? Simply select their avatar and you’ll scroll automatically, matching their viewpoint.
You can follow along—see the field they’re on, see where they’re typing—and stay engaged in the process. To stop following, just click anywhere on the page.
This makes forms feel like a live, collaborative workspace instead of individual back and forth.
3. Built in Conflict Prevention
When someone begins answering a question, that field (or in the case of group questions, the entire group) is automatically locked for other collaborators—temporarily preventing conflicts.
Once editing stops, the lock clears after a few seconds and others can pick up.
Additionally, when someone marks the form as complete, the status updates in real time for everyone. This ensures accuracy, avoids overwritten work, and keeps the process moving smoothly.
4. Complete forms, Together
This feature lets multiple users—agency staff, brokers, insureds—work in one version of a form simultaneously. That means no more versions floating in email chains, no more “I sent it, but I didn’t receive your changes,” and no more delays because someone’s stuck waiting.
