Fill It Out. Sign It. Done: Introducing Auto Prepare Signature

Fill It Out. Sign It. Done: Introducing Auto Prepare Signature
Completing an insurance form is one step. Getting it signed is another.
Or at least, it used to be.
Wunderite recently released Auto Prepare Signature, a new feature that allows agents to set up signature fields before sending a form so customers can complete their answers and move directly into signing—all in one continuous flow.
We’re currently updating Wunderite’s full Forms Library to support Auto Prepare Signature. As forms are updated, they’ll be clearly marked with an “Auto Prepare Signature” tag in the library, making it easy to see which forms are ready to use with the new workflow.
No separate signature request. No going back into the form after it’s completed to prepare signature fields. Just a smoother path from answering the first question to submitting the final signature.
Here’s how it works and why it matters for your agency:

1. Prepare Signature Fields Before the Form Goes Out

Traditionally, collecting information and collecting signatures can feel like two separate workflows. First, the customer completes the form. Then, someone on the agency side prepares it for signature and sends another request.
Auto Prepare Signature eliminates that extra step.

Agents can assign collaborators and designate each signature field to the appropriate person upfront before the form is completed. Wunderite then knows exactly who needs to sign and where once the form is ready.
Your team can set the process in motion from the beginning instead of coming back later to finish setting it up.

2. Give Customers One Continuous Fill-and-Sign Experience

For the customer, the process is even simpler.

They open their assigned task, complete the requested information, and select “I’m Done.” If they’re the final person completing the form, Wunderite automatically moves them into the signature step, where they can sign, date, and submit.

There’s no separate signature request for them to find later. They’re already there, they’ve already completed the information, and they can simply finish the job.

That means fewer steps between “please complete this form” and “we have everything we need.”

3. Look for the “Auto Prepare Signature” Tag

With this new release, Wunderite is actively updating our Forms Library to support Auto Prepare Signature.
Forms that have already been updated will display an “Auto Prepare Signature” tag directly in the Forms Library. When you see that tag, you’ll know the form has mapped signature fields and is ready to use with the new workflow.
Our team is continuing to work through the full library, so more forms will support Auto Prepare Signature as those updates are completed.
For supported forms, signature fields are already mapped and ready to be assigned. That means your team doesn’t need to manually draw signature fields onto the document after the customer finishes answering questions.

4. Keep Everyone Moving Through the Same Workflow

Insurance forms aren’t always completed by one person.

When multiple collaborators are involved, each person can complete their assigned portion and mark it as done. Once everyone has finished, the form is finalized and the signature process can move forward.

Instead of your team having to coordinate separate stages of the process manually, Wunderite keeps form completion and signatures connected within the same workflow.

The result is a process that’s easier to follow for agents, collaborators, and customers alike.

5. Use the Right Signature Workflow for the Job

Auto Prepare Signature isn’t replacing every signature workflow.

It’s designed for forms with mapped signature fields where your agency wants a straightforward, continuous fill-and-sign experience.

Wunderite’s Manual Prepare Signature option is still available when your team needs more flexibility, such as uploading additional files or manually placing signature fields.

That gives agencies the flexibility to choose the signature process that makes the most sense for each situation.

The Bottom Line

Auto Prepare Signature connects form completion and e-signatures into one smoother workflow—with fewer manual steps for your team and a simpler experience for your customers.
As we continue updating the Wunderite Forms Library, just look for the “Auto Prepare Signature” tag to see which forms are ready to use.
